Areas of Practice

Alabama Lemon Law
Has your new car been serviced for the same defect three or more times, or in the shop for more than 30 days?  It may be a "Lemon."  You may be entitled to a buy-back.
​It is important to make your claim under the Alabama Lemon Law as soon as possible so that you do not lose your rights under this law.  

Identity Theft and Credit Reports
Has your credit report been obtained without your permission?  Did an employment background check contain false information about you?  Is a bank forcing you to make payments for a car or other purchases you never received? These practices may be in violation of state and federal laws regulating consumer financing and credit reports.  We can help identify wrongful conduct and represent you as needed to correct the record and uphold your rights.

Warranties and Service Contracts
Warranty repair declined?  
If your warranty or service contract refuses to fix your car, RV, or other products, you may have a claim against the warranty company and possibly the selling dealer.  Make sure you keep all of your warranty documents and repair work receipts to prove your claims.  We can apply state and federal warranty and deceptive trade practice law to resolve the matter.
